At Chalmers Organics we handcraft our stoneground activated whole soybeans into tofu using traditional Japanese methods. Our certified organic tofu is proudly made in NZ, using only three natural ingredients and is then marinated to create a taste explosion!

Certified organic activated whole soybeans, filtered water, natural coagulant pure nigari (as traditionally used in Japan).
